Hello once more from a battered Barcelona

From what I’m hearing, as the Covid19 situation drags on and on, more and more people are having the odd bad day. When the pleasures of life, be that going out with friends, travelling or anything spontaneous, are either limited or prohibited, that’s kind of understandable. So if you’re in a country where the pandemic is on its way out, or in the depts of a new wave, try and stay positive, reach out to your contacts and friends and try and open up a bit. Also, get ready for some strange reactions from colleagues, clients and suppliers….

Except of course at SCN. Just when you’re sick of so much screen time, we’re full in the swing of finalising the SCN Virtual Networking Event. We still have space for you (ie bandwidth – mentioning no names) and we’d love you to connect up to us for the One-to-One meetings and the discussion groups with various speakers to help us share details with you. If you want to increase your visibility, konw the future of the air cargo indutry, how to digitalise or how to connect, you should join us!

You’re far too late for the EARLY BIRD discount, as in fact members are already planning their meetings. But if you think you deserve a discount….let me know! You never know if you don’t try!

Meanwhile, its good to see some activity of members around the network. Kras Logistics branches out into FRANCE, so have a look at them. Leadership in Brasil strengthens its transport base to give better connections throughout Southern Brasil, and Norman Krieger passes on some info on surcharges :-(.

We also have a member converted into partner too – as Readybox, with Robert Vermetten offers its product and services to all members. Have a look at that too. Maybe you too have a service other than forwarding that you can offer to SCN members. Let us know
