Another week of life being limited by covid-19, as we all flash between being used to being locked down and more frustrated by it. At least many countries seem to be opening up – including here in Spain – as we wonder what we’re now open to!

Members continue to look for information on other countries/regions to be able to assist their members. Nothing better than speaking to members for that, and pleased that another round of cybermeetings this week has helped understanding for many. Please remember to submit information on your country for SCN’s Covid Activity Status  . also of course check here for info for your clients. Our latin-american members are looking to improve information from the region, as discussed in our Spanish cyber conference. Look out for that! Also, make sure you don’t miss out on the global round up and sign up for our next cyber conference on 8th June. Next time we’ll be discussing conferences with the attendance of Marriott Bangkok management. All welcome!

Meanwhile, although many of us are experiencing volume slumps and other problems, its refreshing to see some shining lights, with Globalog Premium (Portugal) arranging air charters. For wider news on charters, take a look at our SCN Air Charter Board (and let us know if YOU should be posted there too). Another advance for BSI (Shenzhen, China)  moving to new office premisses to take care of their growing movement from the city. Its also good to know that New Globe (Mumbai, India) is well appreciated by their clients – we also well appreciate them as SCN member!! Who else out there gets positive feedback??

We also give a warm welcome to SBS inc. (New York & Atlanta, USA) as they take over the operations of the offices from US Group Consolidator in a mutually agreed transition. This new member will give new options for warehousing domestic transport and all logistics services at those locations and beyond for SCN network members.
