We’re very pleased to report on SCN members talking of their projects, especially when related to the effort of assisting with Covid-19 materials. Exceptinally difficult conditions, but with professionalism and the best of contacts, all is running smoothly.
“Due to Covid-19 we’re facing really crazy and stressful days here.
Currently, we’re dealing 3 charters with our national airline TAP and it has been a huge challenge to coordinate everything.
But finally we already concluding our charter from Guangzhou to Lisbon airport (Photos attached) and another one also from Guangzhou to London Airport (LHR)
The third flight will be completed in the next few days.
As you may know, nowadays we have been watching some episodes when the aircrafts take off from china completely empty, due to problems with Chinese customs, inspections, the horrible traffic to deliver the cargo to airport terminal, etc. Fortunately we have an amazing air team that works so much to get this job done and everything has done super smoothly.
Also we have to highlight the excellent partnership between Globalog and TAP airline, since these are their “first footprints” from TP in China. They are using their new aircrafts (A330-900 Neo) for a 15h flight between China and Portugal. It is always a pleasure to be gifted with these challenges and what keeps us motivated to give our best every single day of work.”
