Are you starting to “feel the squeeze”?
A few comments from members seem to be indicating slow down in turn over and files. Of course following the hectic times we have had of late, with every shipment needing extra time to ensure it is matched with space and equipment. Also with staff issues in many parts of the world, maybe a sligth slow down is not a bad matter. Also, making a “year on year” comparison with recent levels of turnover is hardly a good way to get long time conclusions or projections.
Its therefore possibly time to take a look at that PENDING list … and while you’re there, make sure that some of these are on it….
- What’s going wrong digitally (maybe what’s going RIGHT, if thats a shorter list)
- What are my agents up to….(and am I part of it?)
- Where should we be going?
