Hello again

I hope you’re ready for a few more flashes on what is going on in members of SCN around the world. We often have a bit of a hard time getting information out of you all in the summer months – but its good to see that many are letting us know what they are up to at the moment. If you’re feeling left out….let us know!

After we started talking about specialization recently, it was good to see that Norman Global (Ningbo & Qingdao, China) came forward to tell us a bit more about their services from China to europe by RAIL. If you’re moving goods on that route (and a lot of you are) take a look. Meanwhile, Consolidators International (HK, China, SIN, US etc etc !), who many of you think of as a consolidator for obvious reasons, also shows another string to their bow, as they get on their white gloves and move fine art logistics.

Others with their hands full are Transcargo Worldwide (Malaysia) as they get involved in moving Malaysia’s star product of rubber gloves, now in high demand, by charter flight, as well as ocean. Also in the air we have Yeniay Lojistik (Istanbul, Turkey) with an impressive helicopter move to Greece…. Could it not have been flown?

Keep those news flashes coming in….for the next week, see if you can keep Violeta here at SCN entertained as I will be escaping for a few days (although still connected up!) in Mallorca. Its safe to go there as all the Brits have stayed away!

When I get back, we’ll be getting in touch with more of you with our “Zoom into SCN” meetings. As we have all gotten used to video meetings, after hating and avoiding them for many years, we might as well use them for explaining better our news and hearing yours to pass onto the network.
