18th January, 2021
Hello again
Although most of us are not exactly living as we want to, with Covid-19 restrictions, at least we seem to be starting the year 2021 off as best we can….connecting people!
This week sees the return of our monthly SCN CYBERMEETINGS, where we try and get members to connect up and share their thoughts and views so we can all listen and learn. On Wednesday we’ll be lookign forward to the months ahead in 2021 and their traffic and trade volumes, considering the effects (if any) that new trade agreements come into play. Where will YOU be looking for new trade possibilites for your country? Connect and see – and make sure you register before
We’re also pleased that the SCN family itself continues to grow to give us additional support: welcome to Freightzen (Thailand, Bangkok) for those who missed it last week. Also welcome to additional branches of SBS – Superior Brokage Services (USA) who have opened up branches in Chicago and LA.
As to members’ news, we’re pleased to see that ADV Logistics (Mexico & USA) want to show off their warehouse in Laredo, TX to SCN members for those moving goods between US and Mexico (and maybe beyond). Freyer (India) also invites us to see their anniversary party for their first three successful years in biz…as we hope for many more. Also have a look at our member in Amman and Aqaba, Golden Ways for Logistics-GWL (Jordan) who kindly gave us 30 mins of their time so we could zoom in a learn a little more about them. Remember to ler us know if you’d also like us to zoom in and learn more of the services you offer, so we can direct traffic to you later.
Finally, that now old matter of getting social media to be more than a drain on your time. For those who are users of LinkedIn and want more likes and comments for your posts (and you’re prepared to be a little more interactive) we might have what you’ve been looking for. Take a look at SCN hashtagging the network.

So, I’ll leave you to look over it all….but don’t forget, all of you zoom and meeting lovers (and also to those who don’t particularly like EITHER!!) its time to connect up and share your views and knowledge while you learn from others in the network.
