Many thanks for your comments back on the difference between a LIST of professional independant forwarders and a NETWORK of professional independant forwarders.
I think the best summary of the difference is that one is a PASSIVE list to be consulted when you need it. And the other is an ACTIVE relationship with you getting as much out as you put in.
 I’d like to think that the various contributions this week from members of their activity around the workd reflects that despite the lack of time we all have, some have wanted to be that active part and to get MORE out of their network. If you’ve not managed yet, don’t worry – you’re not alone! But giving yourself a boost certainly helps to raise your company’s visibility (and your self esteem!)…with the added bonus that a quick talk, zoom, teams, etc with us, takes your mind off your inbox!
I’ll be away next week, as many of you will already have seen, in Rotterdam with SCN members and a few others doing BreakBulk. If you plan to be there, its not too late to join us.
Speaking of getting invovled…numbers are going up for our BANGKOK CONFERENCE meeting. Time to start making plans and confirming there too!
