Hello again

We’ll, it looks like more and more countries are taking steps to open up or at least consider doing so. Now its time to think about how we get ourselves out of this mess!

As we seemed to conclude in our last cyber-meeting, the flexibility and agility of independant forwarders can be a great advantage at times like these. Take a look at some of the quick and practical thinkers we have in the network with Gilberto of Leadership (Milan) adapting his offices and Usman of GSFS (Qatar) increasing Sea/Air services to cope with new demand from China. We conclude that you can be glad you dont work in DHL!

We also give a warm welcome to Rapid Freight in Rwanda, as SCN further opens up to the African market

That and more to discuss at our next cybermeeting, when we focus on the process of “Opening up after Covid-19”. Too fast? too slow…who knows, but at least be “open” and come along to be a part of the conversation. As a change for next week’s conversation, the Americas Cyber meeting will be in Spanish (así que mas cómodo para que hablemos todos !)!
