After over 20 years of dedicated service, Mr. Haribabu Loganathan has stepped down from his role as Director and sold his 50% shareholding in the company. This transition has been officially recorded with the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu – Chennai.
With this change, the well known professional Mr Kumaran Krishnan becomes the 100% owner of Vangard Logistics Pvt Ltd, ushering in a new chapter for the company. Under his leadership, Vangard remains committed to delivering innovative, customer-focused logistics solutions while maintaining strong values and financial discipline.
In addition, Vangard Logistics has been officially approved as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) logistics operator — a prestigious certification that enhances its reputation as a secure and reliable partner. This achievement brings significant benefits to clients and partners, including:
