Our member Moldtrans Group is in the final stages of developing a major new logistics center in Montornès del Vallès, reinforcing its operational presence in one of Southern Europe’s most dynamic logistics regions.
The new facility, scheduled to open during the second half of 2026, will feature more than 12,500 m² of built surface on a 26,593 m² plot located in the Can Parellada industrial area. The project represents an important step in Moldtrans’ territorial growth strategy and commitment to operational excellence.
Designed to optimize efficiency and flexibility, the center will dedicate:
- 10,252 m² to cross-docking operations
- 1,600 m² to warehousing logistics with capacity for 3,474 pallets
- Nearly 2,200 m² of office space distributed across two floors for administrative and operational management.
The new platform will also include:
- 39 hydraulic loading docks equipped with advanced safety systems
- Additional docks for side-loading and conventional operations
- Dedicated van loading areas to support different cargo flows and customer needs.
💡 In line with Moldtrans’ commitment to sustainability and innovation, the facility will be fully automated with intelligent lighting systems, solar panels for renewable energy generation, and advanced physical and technological security systems—positioning it among the most modern logistics centers in Spain.
Strategically located near the AP-7 Mediterranean corridor and with direct access to the C-33, C-17, C-58, and C-16 highways, the hub will strengthen Moldtrans’ connectivity across Catalonia, Spain, Portugal, France, and the wider European market.
The center is expected to support key industrial sectors in the region, including:

🏭 Industrial machinery
🍽️ Hospitality equipment
📦 Industrial products and distribution operations.
