MBS Logistics to become part of AD Ports Group – our
collaboration continues unchanged

MBS Logistics has announced its planned acquisition by Noatum Logistics, part of AD Ports Group, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued development and long-term growth strategy.

The acquisition agreement was signed on May 18, 2026, with completion expected during the second half of the year, pending customary regulatory approvals. Until then, MBS Logistics and Noatum Logistics will continue operating independently.

MBS emphasized that day-to-day operations and partnerships will remain unchanged throughout the process. Existing contacts, teams, service levels, agreements, and established workflows will continue as they are today, ensuring uninterrupted collaboration and continuity for customers and partners.

This strategic step comes at a time when global supply chains continue to grow in complexity and customers increasingly require integrated solutions, broader international reach, and greater resilience. Through this partnership with Noatum Logistics and AD Ports Group, MBS aims to strengthen its position and create additional opportunities for future growth.

The Logistics Cluster of AD Ports Group is led by Jochen Thewes, former CEO of DB Schenker and a highly respected leader within the global logistics industry. Together, the organizations see strong potential to build on MBS’s existing strengths and further expand capabilities over time.

While MBS’s trusted approach and long-standing relationships remain at the core of its operations, the collaboration is expected to create new opportunities through an expanded service offering and broader global reach.
