Please note the following information regarding airport codes at Istanbul following the opening of Istanbul’s new airport
Please be informed that the transfer from Istanbul Atatürk Airport (LTBA) to Istanbul Airport (LTFM) commenced at 05 April 2019 00:00 UTC and end at 06 April 2019 21:00 UTC. After transition, LTBA was closed to commercial passenger flights and now ONLY AVAILABLE for cargo flights.
IATA Code “ISL” shall be used for Istanbul Atatürk Airport (LTBA)
IATA Code “IST” shall be used for Istanbul Airport (LTFM).
Certain sales restrictions on connections among different types of aircrafts under Thru/ Mix pallets will be implemented, GREEN box means still available for sales and RED box means closed for sales on specific date, details please find attachment “Sales Restriction Calendar”.
