To our VALUED IMPORTERS, COLOADERS, FORWARDERS AND OVERSEAS AGENTS,
Please help to remind shipper’s to put proper LABELS/MARKINGS on the cargo to avoid MARKING DUTY PENALTY upon arrival here in MNL.
The markings attached on the cargo should reflect the COUNTRY OF ORIGIN and CONSIGNEE’S FULL DETAILS.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL AGENTS:
Please be informed that Bureau of Customs has imposed new penalty for LATE MANIFEST submission.
In order to avoid penalty for late submission of e-manifest, we would like to request all shipping documents be sent ON THE DAY OF VESSEL DEPARTURE.
Pursuant to CAO 15-2020, Bureau of Customs (BOC) newly imposed late e-manifest fee are as follows:
1ST offense PHP 100,000.00 PER HBL
2ND offense PHP 200,000.00 PER HBL
3RD offense PHP 300,000.00 PER HBL
