Member News

“Ladies and Gentlemen, dear customers,

in these turbulent times and the resulting challenges we would like to address you personally with a few lines.

Due to the current progressive spread of the SARS-Cov2 virus we are forced to deal with a special situation. We as MBS Logistics Group would like to assure you that all colleagues are focused on keeping the impact on you and your shipments as low as possible. Furthermore, we would like to ensure with great commitment and through an open dialogue with you that we find the best possible solutions for the respective situation.

In order to maintain our range of services as a logistics service provider in these days, our employees have up-to-date information and continuously adapt their actions. They follow the advice of the various relevant institutions and their experts. In order to keep a potential risk of infection as low as possible, we will continue to be available for you through flexible workplace solutions. We are also prepared for the case that further security measures need to be taken. We are closely monitoring the situation and the resulting developments thus have prepared appropriate plans for all eventualities.

The MBS Logistics Group would like to assure you that all our teams will do their best to provide you with the best possible service even in these special times.

As there are currently restrictions on passenger traffic in many European countries, this can lead to capacity bottlenecks, delivery delays and increased costs for transport or warehousing. However, our employees are trying to find solutions so that you will not feel any effects during the transport of your valuable goods.

Please do not hesitate to contact your local MBS contact person if you need additional information.

We wish you and us to emerge from these times healthy and unscathed. Take care of yourself and stay healthy.

The Management. “
