“Dear Partners,

As I’m sure you are aware, President Trump has announced an unprecedented travel ban from most of Europe to the US which begins today, March 13th, 2020 lasting for 30 days. Initially, the President had indicated that the ban would also apply to cargo, however the White House clarified the ban only applies to the movement of people, not goods or cargo.  The UK and Ireland are not affected at this time. Many of the commercial airlines servicing Europe and some other areas are cancelling flights and changing schedules, which may lead to delays.

Please know that this is a very fluid situation which can change by the hour and we are working diligently to minimize the impact and continue business as usual.  We would like to assure you that we are working closely with our airline partners as well as looking into creative routing options to keep your freight moving during these difficult times.

Our offices are open, fully staffed and operational. None of our employees are presenting any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus. Our Corporate office sits in the epicenter of the outbreak in the USA, in Seattle Washington, and while we are not currently under any mandates to quarantine at home, restrictions are changing regularly. We have our contingency plan in place for employees to work remotely, should quarantines become mandatory or buildings close due to risk of infection, and anticipate personnel will continue work without interruption as usual.
