Rotra Air & Ocean handled a special shipment together. A shipment that makes our logistical hearts beat faster. It concerned a transport of a Sonic Drill drilling rig with accessories from The Netherlands to the port of Leixoes (Portugal) for anchoring a quay.The drilling installation (with a length of more than 15 meters and a weight of 58 tons!) and accessories were brought to Vianen with a low loader and truck including crane and shipped to Portugal with RoRo transport. After the installation had done its task in the port of Leixoes, Rotra ensured a quick and safe return of the installation to The Netherlands again.
