We are very pleased to be able to confirm that our 18th Annual International Conference in Bangkok Thailand has now been reschedueled as follows:
From Tuesday 22nd to Friday 25th September
The ongoing spread of Covid-19 virus, centred in Wuhan, has raised concerns about the safety of SCN members and guests suficiently for us to want to delay the event for 6 months.
What do we need from you?
Our re-scheduling has been carefully planned to allow the minimum disruption for you.
- Hotel Booking: Your hotel booking will be transfered from March to September and confirmed to you later by the hotel. If you expect to be staying on different dates in September, please let us know. Cancellation clause from the hotel will be transfered, so that a cancellation can be made 6 weeks before the NEW conference date.
- Flight: Please speak to your travel agent regarding flight adjustments. For most travellers it will be possible to adjust the flight dates (although not necessarily cancel) if you change BEFORE your initially planned flight dates. This may avoid losing the cost of your ticket
We understand that almost everyone will want to delay their decision to attend until we are clear of the spread of the virus. We would like to initially count on you until the development of the situation is clear.

Cases in Bangkok remain currently very low and we trust that in a few months the situation will be both more clear and of course safer. Please also share a thought for people in the affected area. We are all experiencing what seems like serious inconvenience. There are others with problems far worse!
