Last Wednesday 10th June, 2020, the annual SecurityPlus! directors meeting took place via Zoom.
Many thanks to all directors for their participation and as ever, thoughts on the situation. Among other issues, all directors agreed to continue, with time limitations being put on new directors. David Cook was named president of Securityplus! with Dave Lucia as Vice-President.
For your peace of mind, the fund remains in a healthy position although we will be additionally vigilant due to the current risk of additional claims with the pandemic.
The next directors meeting will be in Bangkok, with the possibiity of other zoom meetings if claims are to be considered.
