A long time with no newsletter from us, informing you of what’s going on in your SCN Community. We often consider what frequency of email we should send – we want to keep you up to date, and at the same time, avoid flooding you with EVEN MORE emails! We all know that if a newsletter and 10 urgent shipments arrive at the same time, the newsletter isn’t number one priority! (Even if all emails shouting “urgent” aren’t actually that – I’m sure you have few shipments of live hearts, as an old colleague of mine used to say)
With such mass communication going on, we all need to appreciate that everyone works with everyone, and in a globe full of connections, the respect of the agenda of others in your network is the key to influencing and success. We are here for you, to offer the connections and solutions….if only we all had a bit more time to chat and reflect.
That said, there is a LOT happening at the moment in SCN. SCN’s REGIONAL MEETING in Cartagena, Colombia has just finished, so you should first of all be aware of the new members, new possibilites and enthusiasm from this region, which is often complex, but now growing in importance. Keep looking for opportunites there and we will put you in contact with best options.
New member Blademar Uruguay, add to the strengthened new members of the region. Let them know you’re part of the community by reaching out.
PSA invited me to attend and speak at their PSA partner and clients’ event in Las Vegas. We need to be more aware of digital solutions in tracking, AR/AP and more. Ask us for the suggestions. Very pleased to be among the industry’s movers and shakers there.
Also jump in on news from Custodia (USA), especially for Star Wars fans and Quick Cargo (UK) for a company update. As well as a service from CIMC out of China.
